Ingredients

  • 2 apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 inch ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Core and chop the apples, peel and chop the carrot, and slice the cucumber.
  3. Juice the apples, carrot, cucumber, lemon, and ginger in a juicer.
  4. Add spinach to the juicer and blend until smooth.
  5. If desired, add honey to sweeten and mix well.
  6. Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately.
