A refreshing blend of fruits and vegetables for a healthy juice drink.
Ingredients

- 2 apples, cored and chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 inch ginger, peeled
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- Core and chop the apples, peel and chop the carrot, and slice the cucumber.
- Juice the apples, carrot, cucumber, lemon, and ginger in a juicer.
- Add spinach to the juicer and blend until smooth.
- If desired, add honey to sweeten and mix well.
- Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use organic produce for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
