- 1 small onion, diced

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped spinach
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground chicken, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
- Cook until chicken is browned.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and spinach.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until spinach wilts.
- Serve warm.
