- 1 cup chopped onions

- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, brown rice, beef broth, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until rice is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
