- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice. Pour over the chicken and vegetables.
- Simmer for 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked brown rice.
