- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy raw or bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute almond flour with oat flour.
- Use sugar-free chocolate chips for lower sugar content.
