Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of warm water to help it come together.
  3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and chopped nuts.
  4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Once set, remove from the dish and cut into squares or bars.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
