Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add shredded cabbage and cook until slightly softened.
- Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Stir well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until cabbage is tender.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use low-sodium soy sauce if reducing salt intake.
- Add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for extra crunch.
- Serve over rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
