Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  4. Add shredded cabbage and cook until slightly softened.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Stir well.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until cabbage is tender.
  7. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and green onions before serving.
