Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
  4. Add shredded cabbage and cook until slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix well.
  6. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes until flavors blend.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  9. Serve hot.
