Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add shredded cabbage and cook until slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix well.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until flavors blend.
- Garnish with sliced green onions.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Soy sauce can be replaced with tamari for gluten-free.
- Add shredded carrots or bell peppers for extra veggies.
