- 3/4 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, drop the biscuit dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
