- 1 cup cooked rice
- 200g beef, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium potato, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and cook the diced potatoes until crispy. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining oil and sauté the beef until browned.
- Add the bell peppers and cook until tender.
- Season with soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Serve the beef and pepper mixture over the cooked rice and top with crispy potato bites.
