Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the zucchini rounds with half of the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. In another bowl, toss the chickpeas with the remaining olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the zucchini in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden and crispy.
  5. Next, air fry the chickpeas for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until they are crunchy and golden.
  6. Serve the zucchini snacks and chickpeas warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes
