Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into rounds
- 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the zucchini rounds with half of the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- In another bowl, toss the chickpeas with the remaining olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the zucchini in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden and crispy.
- Next, air fry the chickpeas for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until they are crunchy and golden.
- Serve the zucchini snacks and chickpeas warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- You can add other spices like cumin or cayenne for more flavor.
- Feel free to use any seasonal vegetables you have on hand.
