Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix pineapple, ham, red bell pepper, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the pasta and vegetable mixture with the dressing.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
