Hawaiian chicken made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add pineapple chunks, teriyaki sauce, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
- Shred chicken and mix well before serving.
Notes
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Adjust sauce according to taste.
- Can add vegetables like broccoli or carrots.
