A delicious Hawaiian banana bread recipe with tropical flavors.

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas and sugar.
- Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Add flour and mix until just combined.
- Fold in crushed pineapple and macadamia nuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For added flavor, try adding coconut flakes.
- Bananas should be very ripe for the best taste.
