Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes.
  2. Soak the grated potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and pat dry the potatoes with paper towels.
  4. In a bowl, mix the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  8. Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
