- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine hash browns, diced ham, cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- For a spicier flavor, add diced jalapeños.
- You can substitute ham with bacon or sausage.
