- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
- Add the frozen hash browns, chopped onion, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese to the mixture.
- Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- You can add cooked bacon or sausage for extra flavor.
