- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix frozen hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onion, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked bacon or ham for extra flavor.
- Feel free to use different types of cheese.
