- 1 package (30 oz) frozen hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix hash browns, cheese, and ham.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Combine the egg mixture with the hash brown mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the casserole is set and lightly browned.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ham with bacon or sausage.
