  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, chopped onion, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
