- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix hash browns, bell peppers, onions, and half of the cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Combine egg mixture with the hash brown mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden brown.
