Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook the hamburgers for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Toast the hamburger buns in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes if desired.
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve.
Notes

- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- Hamburgers can be frozen before cooking. Thaw completely before air frying.
