  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp flour

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, then remove.
  5. Add onions to the skillet and cook until caramelized.
  6. Push onions to the side, melt butter, and whisk in flour.
  7. Gradually add beef broth, stirring until gravy thickens.
  8. Return patties to the skillet, coat with gravy, and simmer for 2 minutes.
