- 30 ounces frozen hash browns

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, cream of mushroom soup, milk, cheese, and the cooked beef mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until heated through and golden on top.
