  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add ground turkey, breaking it into small pieces. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in bell pepper, sweet potatoes, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix well.
