Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook ground turkey until browned.
- Add diced sweet potatoes and seasonings, stirring to combine.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle cheese on top (if using) and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
