  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in bell peppers and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
  5. Mix in black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add diced tomatoes, simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
