Description
A simple and healthy ground turkey dish cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup corn
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Transfer turkey mixture to the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, bell pepper, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm.
