  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-5 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice.
