- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-5 minutes, until tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
