Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the patties to a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

- Serve with a side salad.
- You can add herbs for extra flavor.
