Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add bell pepper, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, sautéed vegetables, salt, pepper, paprika, breadcrumbs, and egg.
  5. Mix well and form into patties.
  6. Cook patties in the pan for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
