Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add bell pepper, cook for 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, sautéed vegetables, salt, pepper, paprika, breadcrumbs, and egg.
- Mix well and form into patties.
- Cook patties in the pan for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad or in a burger bun.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
