- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season with salt and pepper, then stir in sliced zucchini.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
