- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the meat mixture and stir to combine.
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in sour cream until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
