Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions and peppers, sauté until softened.
  3. Push vegetables to the side and add ground beef.
  4. Cook beef until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Mix vegetables and beef together.
  7. Divide the mixture between hoagie rolls.
  8. Top each with 2 slices of provolone cheese.
  9. Place under a broiler until cheese melts.
  10. Serve hot.
