- 1 cup beef broth

- 1 cup uncooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then add the uncooked pasta.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
- Top with shredded cheese and cover until melted.
