Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in bell peppers, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until peppers are tender.
- Let cool and portion into meal prep containers.
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- Reheat in the microwave before serving.
- Can be served with rice or salad.
