Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in bell peppers, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes until peppers are tender.
