Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Divide into meal prep containers.
