Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with milk and butter. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Sprinkle flour over the beef and stir to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the ground beef and gravy over the mashed potatoes.
