Delicious ground beef enchiladas with savory sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned.
- Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Spread some enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill tortillas with beef mixture and roll them up.
- Place rolled tortillas seam side down in the dish.
- Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Add beans for extra protein.
- Top with sour cream or guacamole if desired.
