Delicious ground beef enchiladas with savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned.
  3. Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Spread some enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill tortillas with beef mixture and roll them up.
  6. Place rolled tortillas seam side down in the dish.
  7. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top.
  8. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
