- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, lemongrass, ginger, lime juice, oil, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken thighs evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

- Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
