- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with rice or a fresh salad.
