- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
- Add chicken strips to the marinade, coating evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, until chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot with extra teriyaki sauce if desired.
