Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the steak from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to bring it to room temperature.
  2. Preheat your grill to high heat (450°F-500°F).
  3. Pat the steak dry with paper towels and rub with olive oil.
