Description

A simple grilled steak served with sautéed mushrooms and tomatoes for a delicious and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.
  4. While the steak cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  6. Add tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Stir in butter and remove from heat.
  8. Slice the steak and serve with the sautéed mushrooms and tomatoes.
