- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season shrimp and steak with salt and black pepper.
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, then let it rest.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Mix parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and lime juice in a bowl to make chimichurri sauce.
- Slice the steak and serve with grilled shrimp, drizzled with chimichurri sauce.
Notes
- Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
- Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
