- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill.
- Grill the salmon for about 5-7 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for another 5 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and serve with lemon wedges.
