  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill.
  5. Grill the salmon for about 5-7 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for another 5 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve with lemon wedges.
