  • Author: ushinzomr
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x
  • Diet: Paleo

Description

This grilled ribeye steak is juicy, tender, and full of flavor, making it the perfect dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks, 1-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat, about 450°F to 500°F.
  2. Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the steaks.
  5. Once the grill is hot, place the steaks on the grill and close the lid.
  6. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, or adjust the time for desired doneness.
  7. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For best results, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. Aim for 130°F for medium-rare.
  • Letting the steak rest allows the juices to redistribute for a more flavorful bite.
  • Feel free to customize the seasoning blend to your taste!
