- 1.5 lbs (680g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
- In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, garlic, parmesan, olive oil, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Toss chicken cubes in the mixture until evenly coated. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 6-8 minutes per side or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with extra parmesan and ranch if desired.

- For extra flavor, marinate chicken for up to 2 hours.
- If using wooden skewers, soak well to prevent burning.
