- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 4 cups arugula or mixed greens
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until grill marks appear and they are slightly softened.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- On a serving platter, arrange the arugula or mixed greens as a base.
- Tear the burrata into pieces and place them over the greens.
- Add the grilled peach halves around the burrata.
- Sprinkle the toasted walnuts over the salad.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey.
