Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Rinse the octopus under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Coat the octopus with the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
